   In celebration of the 20th anniversary of the establishment of the Faculty of Journalism and Mass Communication Studies – FJSC, University of Bucharest, we have invited researchers and communication professionals to an international conference in Bucharest to discuss the transformations that occurred in the media and communication landscapes after the fall of Communism, in 1989. The Conference’s aim was to identify and discuss theoretical approaches and relevant case studies related to the transformations in journalism, public relations and advertising, in the last two decades that may be useful in envisioning the future of journalism and other types of mass communication. The conference’s panels were organized around issues that can be approached in an interdisciplinary fashion (anthropology, sociology, social psychology, linguistics, media economics, cultural studies, semiotics, pedagogy, ethics, law, visual arts).
A l’occasion du 20ème anniversaire de la création de la Faculté de Journalisme et de Communication – FJSC, l’Université de Bucarest, nous avons le plaisir d’inviter des chercheurs et des professionnels de la communication à participer à la conférence internationale Industries en évolution. Modèles de/Modèles pour le Journalisme et la Communication, pour discuter des changements qui ont eu lieu dans le journalisme et la communication, après la chute du communisme, en 1989. La conférence a pour objectif d’identifier et de discuter des approches théoriques et des études de cas pertinentes pour les changements du journalisme, des relations publiques et de la publicité, ces deux dernières décennies, qui peuvent servir, à l’avenir, à identifier les directions de développement du journalisme et des autres types de communication de masse. Les ateliers thématiques de la conférence sont organisés autour des sujets qui peuvent être abordés de façon interdisciplinaire (anthropolgie, arts visuels, économie des médias, éthique, législation, linguistique, pédagogie, psychologie sociale, sociologie, études culturelles).
